Ask him what specific conservative policies he supports. Don't even push back at first, just make him try and articulate what principles he even believes in that aren't in opposition to something. Like ask "if all the liberals vanished in an instant, what do you and your side believe in and want?"

We're already divided, and this comic is just making fun of those who put partisanship above all else so I don't see it as especially divisive. Moreover, there's no reason to seek any sort of "common cause" with the right, because they lick the boots of the ruling class and create division by attacking minority groups. Trying to find common ground with reactionary elements of the working class just dilutes the message and alienates their victims.
It's not division to say we shouldn't allow pedophiles to rule us. Saying that is divisive rather than accepting the unbelievable events that are here is more divisive than a comic.
