Fake: anon has sexual intercourse.
Gay: well, anon said so himself.

I hate this anti science bs. Let’s get a double-blind peer-reviewed study going asap.

[-] dandelion 44 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago)

are you volunteering?

Pretty sure glory holes are doube-blind by definition... 🤔

[-] myotheraccount@lemmy.world 36 points 2 weeks ago

Pretty sure you'll be able to tell apart a fish from a penis in a glory hole

[-] dandelion 26 points 2 weeks ago

not if you puree and syringe the eggs into the urethra, we're talking science here, we have the technology

[-] ewo@lemmy.sdf.org 19 points 2 weeks ago

What the fuck did I walk into

[-] ajoebyanyothername@lemmy.world 16 points 2 weeks ago

Science, apparently.

[-] gac11@lemmy.world 5 points 2 weeks ago

[-] rustyricotta@lemmy.dbzer0.com 8 points 2 weeks ago

🎶 There's a chance you're gonna get a dick But it's worth it 'cause the quality of fish Yeah, the flavor that you gain outweighs the risk 🎶

[-] BiNonBi 6 points 2 weeks ago

I don't know, might want to do a double-blind peer-reviewed study to make sure

[-] tacosanonymous@mander.xyz 8 points 2 weeks ago

If you want something done right…

[-] PotatoesFall@discuss.tchncs.de 54 points 2 weeks ago

on 4chan it's more likely to encounter a gay man than a straight woman

[-] rumschlumpel@feddit.org 53 points 2 weeks ago

Does that mean the OOP really liked the dish?

[-] Slovene@feddit.nl 35 points 2 weeks ago

Only if the fish ate a lot of pineapple.

[-] HexadecimalSky@lemmy.world 15 points 2 weeks ago

We have gotten to a point were it could be a complaint or compliment, like, "this taste like ass" could be a complaint or compliment.

[-] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 11 points 2 weeks ago

It's mighty fine ass, but it's still ass

[-] koper@feddit.nl 7 points 2 weeks ago

Being gay doesn't necessarily mean you also like semen. Or sweaty balls. Or big hairy men with strong arms who can throw you around.

Sorry, what were we talking about again?

[-] kittenzrulz123 46 points 2 weeks ago

True and gay

[-] FreakinSteve@lemmy.world 26 points 2 weeks ago

I like salmon roe. Pretty sure I wouldnt like semen and dont wanna find out

[-] Grilipper54@sh.itjust.works 38 points 2 weeks ago

We're opposites. I love semen and really don't want to find out what salmon roe taste like.

[-] Rachelhazideas@lemmy.world 18 points 2 weeks ago

Did I just witness a conversation between a male and female salmon?

[-] Si_sierra 21 points 2 weeks ago

No it's a male salmon and a gay male salmon. Grow up /s

[-] beveradb@sh.itjust.works 4 points 2 weeks ago

Do you like fishsticks?

[-] gmtom@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago)

Semen has such a range of flavour though. Bad semen legit tastes like battery acid.

[-] nomy@lemmy.zip 21 points 2 weeks ago

For me it's not a taste thing, it's a texture thing.

[-] SaharaMaleikuhm@feddit.org 12 points 2 weeks ago
[-] nomy@lemmy.zip 3 points 2 weeks ago

I adore ikura.

Slimy textures make me retch.

[-] Dolphinfreetuna@lemmy.world 16 points 2 weeks ago

I don't think it tastes like semen.

[-] isVeryLoud@lemmy.ca 17 points 2 weeks ago

Se? Sure. Men? Ehh.

[-] expatriado@lemmy.world 6 points 2 weeks ago

both come from the sea

[-] prole 5 points 2 weeks ago

I can't imagine just eating straight fish roe, but I don't mind some on my sushi rolls...

[-] bownage@beehaw.org 3 points 2 weeks ago

Egg basket looking ass

[-] Gammelfisch@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago

Not a fan of salmon eggs and caviar, unless I was starving.

Moderator Guidelines

Moderator Guidelines

  • Don’t be mean to users. Be gentle or neutral.
  • Most moderator actions which have a modlog message should include your username.
  • When in doubt about whether or not a user is problematic, send them a DM.
  • Don’t waste time debating/arguing with problematic users.
  • Assume the best, but don’t tolerate sealioning/just asking questions/concern trolling.
  • Ask another mod to take over cases you struggle with, if you get tired, or when things get personal.
  • Ask the other mods for advice when things get complicated.
  • Share everything you do in the mod matrix, both so several mods aren't unknowingly handling the same issues, but also so you can receive feedback on what you intend to do.
  • Don't rush mod actions. If a case doesn't need to be handled right away, consider taking a short break before getting to it. This is to say, cool down and make room for feedback.
  • Don’t perform too much moderation in the comments, except if you want a verdict to be public or to ask people to dial a convo down/stop. Single comment warnings are okay.
  • Send users concise DMs about verdicts about them, such as bans etc, except in cases where it is clear we don’t want them at all, such as obvious transphobes. No need to notify someone they haven’t been banned of course.
  • Explain to a user why their behavior is problematic and how it is distressing others rather than engage with whatever they are saying. Ask them to avoid this in the future and send them packing if they do not comply.
  • First warn users, then temp ban them, then finally perma ban them when they break the rules or act inappropriately. Skip steps if necessary.
  • Use neutral statements like “this statement can be considered transphobic” rather than “you are being transphobic”.
  • No large decisions or actions without community input (polls or meta posts f.ex.).
  • Large internal decisions (such as ousting a mod) might require a vote, needing more than 50% of the votes to pass. Also consider asking the community for feedback.
  • Remember you are a voluntary moderator. You don’t get paid. Take a break when you need one. Perhaps ask another moderator to step in if necessary.
