I'm reading Labor's Untold Story. It's about the rise of unions. The latest chapter ended with a capitalist killing themselves, so pretty damn good so far.

This is a pretty decent summary. I've been entrenched in this for so long that it's easy to forget that new unions are learning this as they go along. It was hinted at, but I think it should be said directly: your power as a union stems from your labor. There are all sorts of actions that can be taken to scare the shit out of boss without striking, and they should be used. Even if bargaining is going well, you should hold actions to drive engagement and get people to sign a membership card.
Propaganda isn't strictly a negative term. I'm a propagandist for unions, as an example. News, especially corporate news, is class-based propaganda. Propaganda is the dissemination of a particular viewpoint. News media disseminates the viewpoint of the ruling class. It's all propaganda.
