I could totally imagine a clothed pig sitting in front of a computer
Literally me (to be fair I'm not always clothed).
A pig wearing a shirt and tie, but no pants.
So the average cartoon character
Why is the pig a cannibal
It's human meat.
Its just a long pig
Or is pork short human?
They roughly have the intelligence of a 3 year-old, so...
My God they could run for Congress
Pairs well with mountain oysters.
Understandable, have a great day.
🎶Big man, pig man.... haha how charade you are...🎶
Isn't there a very famous children's story about a pig that is more equal than the other pigs?
I wouldn't exactly call it a children's story
I think you could read it to children.
So a billionaire is a real job now? I don't even have to imagine a billionaire being a pig, they all already are!
But imagine them in a childrens book doing their job
That is the hard ppart
This is just a stock image but it's not hard to imagine it being in a children's story. Besides, Scrooge McDuck is an existing character in a children's story that is a billionaire as a duck.
But in this photo, they are throwing money, not doing their job
their "job" is literally none other than being rich
throwing money is part of that
the other part is swimming in a pool of money
Swimming in a pool of and throwing money arent jobs, they are hobbies
If they dont do anything other than that, they are jobless
Am I missing the obvious sarcasm that is somehow not mentioned? as in this pig is an obvious CLASS TRAITOR for being a pig that sells parts of (presumably) other pigs?
It's allll beef, no pig :)
Does a muppet count?
+
Edit: huh, the '+' did do what i intended but didn't believe it would work.
You can't convince me the pig in the third pic isn't Winne the 🇨🇳 Pooh.
Dumb question: what is this illustration from? I recognize the art style, but can't place it.
The Busy World of Richard Scarry
Thanks!
looks like Richard Scarry
Ah, the pig is preparing soylent oligarch-green, a most sustainable job, I applaud you, pig.
Now I'm imagining a pig wearing programming socks.
I could see a dressed up og sitting in front of a computer. That's like the rest of the jobs
A pig could sit in front of a computer in those books right? Right?!
Brendan Fraser Crane is an interesting handle
How am I supposed to imagine a clothed pig splicing fiber cables or setting up a rack full of communications equipment with fiber patches. They don't even have opposable thumbs, how can they unplug an LC plug with its retention clip?
If my job isn't real I'm taking the internet down with me, then he can read his hand drawn memes to his neighbor.
If I paid more attention in English class I could make this into an essay. Something about the "dog eat dog" nature of capitalism and the expectation that you will do it with rosy cheeks. The use of the butcher pig is an interesting take on the idiom as the harsh competition is often thought of as between faceless firms; rather than a blue collar worker. If I was a cultured pig I might have even watched the motion picture "Soylent Green" and weave it into the essay. Is the butcher aware of what goes into the grinder? Could it be that this pig is a revolutionary and is eating the rich pig?
Every online career be like:
Don't worry guys, it's human meat so it's not weird.
I dare you to find a job that can't be portrayed like that.
Hacker Pig? sure!
Neo matrix Pig? Sure
Politician? Almost indistinguishable
Holywood Director Pig? Nearly by default
Slaughterhouse Pig... NGL, that hits different, but still, I can see that.
3rd candidate pun:
Oink-oborous
There is a job that can be represented without any clothes at all.
Richard Scarry to the rescue
