I appreciate it. Honestly, I had the same kinds of thoughts as you did in setting up there, it seems. For now, I'm gonna see about keeping this account active and checking in with SDF periodically to see if it's worth going back to.

SDF is the instance I chose in the great migration from deaddit. I'm really just hoping to pull my data and move it to another instance just so I can at least keep my community list intact.

SDF has had really bad, like week long, gaps in uptime recently. This had happened periodically since I've been here (usually around once a year), but these last few months have been pretty bad and I definitely need a backup account.
