Exactly what happened is that Trump filed a bogus lawsuit then his crony at the Justice Department arranged for a bogus "settlement" so that Trump could get a slush fund from which to dole out money to other cronies.
It's blatant and overt fraud, and both of them should go to prison.
So the idiot Roberts court ruled that he can't be sued, but he can still sue others? What could possibly go wrong?

Impeachment is a political process and Congress is controlled by fascists.

Yes because the second half is fine by the Senate and is the removal part. So impeachment in the house has happened but the Senate has never voted to approve.
So it's like a cop writing a ticket but it never gets filed with the courts or something like that.
