Well, producing illegal drugs seems to be generally rather high risk, high reward. You'd also need a lab, possibly employees, a distribution network, and might encounter potentially rather violent competition, though, so I'd say there might be a few more cost centres other than the raw materials.

They're currently running a big campaign on Google Ads. Maybe try to raise a stink with Google about them allowing political advertising, especially for parties which have been judicially confirmed to be partially right-wing extremists.
Pretty sure every app has to request notification permission now, so it's pretty easy to opt-out.

You don't. Autobahnen usually exist between cities, and are separate from other types of traffic. Your vehicle also needs to meet a minimum speed requirement to be allowed on. When an Autobahn runs through a city, there's usually a grade separation.
