We switched to Fairphones running e/OS so we have pretty solid control of that. Im looking forward to postmarketOS being a bit more stable.

Mostly unaffected save for some things. Emberstack kubernetes reflector opts to not make their own chart and their docs tell you to use Bitnami, so its the only chart I use that I'll have to start maintaining myself unless Emberstack changes their stance.
Yep., this is accurate. I also need to not move and not have change but also move and have change. I want to socialize but I'm exhausted by socializing and often want to exist in a quiet dark hole in the basement or out in the forest away from people.

My take is that the fediverse is wholesome. Today's news isn't but that is our current reality and the topics on a social network will always cover current events.
But when you really pay attention to the people here, they are wholesome. And if what you see is a lot of terrible people in your feed, start watching the instances they are coming from. Frequently the difference between a good and bad experience here is how well you curate your feed and how well your instance is moderated.

I never thought I would have a healthy relationship with ASD+ADHD. Bonus: your smart home will be more capable and interconnected than any of the commercial smart home options because they are all busy trying to control the entire ecosystem and sue each other. (maybe Matter changes that but I'm not holding my breath)
