The problem is other people, not how you're presenting yourselves.

Some people have unconscious biases and will do mental gymnastics against acknowledging LGBT existences. And some people are just conscious bigots trying to ruin your day.

The heat takes a lot more out of you than you'll realize. Listen to your body and take it easier, one of the things it's trying to do is regulate heat by telling you to generate less. If you want to do more activity take it indoors until it cools down.

It's actually not bad, you're basically replacing the creamer. Especially if you're doing keto or have other dietary restrictions. Coconut or MCT oil can work as a non-dairy replacement and is a main ingredient in non-dairy creamers already.

Good coffee is important, and also only really works if you already like it black or light cream & sugar.

Anyone curious, try adding a pinch of salt to your regular coffee
