Found a story about a very small movement somewhere in the world than are blowing it out of proportion and saying this is actually a thing.

This is why Dems lost the election but the media thought they would win.

There's platforms that do that.

I can pay a service to auto solve captcha and anything that can't be solved will be pushed to a human to solve.

Never actually used it but it was interesting learning it existed

Have you ever seen a standard resume?

They don't exist. Resumes are totally different for every person. Different document format, different layout.

The forms are for filtering. Ones that pass filtering, then the resumes will actually be read.
