The fact that I get so much freedom to choose who I am. I get to choose where I want my voice to sit, how far I want to push my body into being feminine, my name, my gender presentation, etc.

Definitely. I feel a certain immediate unspoken commradery with most trans people that I meet.
Sorry to be lewd, but the sex is great. I'm just an average guy and no one would know I'm trans, but I feel so privileged every time I have sex and it's just easier than cis gay sex - no need to fast or prep for bottoming, we can just jump into it on a whim and it feels fantastic for everyone involved. I absolutely love the changes to my body and feel so comfortable and confident when having sex. And the orgasms are world shattering. 10/10 would be trans again if given a choice between being born trans or cis.
That's an interesting take. I never would have thought about it like that. I'm a straight trans dude and constantly worry about how sex is gonna work.
A lot of what I like about myself, personality-wise, partially stems from the experience of being trans. I think I would be less compassionate, less free-thinking, and less fun person without all of this. There's hard parts, obviously, but I would never for a second trade my life for a different one ❤️
Definitely. Being trans means to question everything that society has told us since birth, everything that's been prescribed. I also feel like, as a white man, I'd have a whole lot less of an understanding of the oppression that racial and ethnic minorities face if I weren't trans.
Looking in the mirror and seeing a version of myself I thought impossible 5 years ago. Not necessarily a trans-exclusive feeling but still quite amazing to experience
Very nice. I hope every trans person gets to experience that.
Seeing my face in makeup, in bright colors that match my outfits.
