I knew that people say, that estrogen changes the way you orgasm/feel pleasure, but it is absolutely wild what estrogen does. With my partner I can literally cum 6 times in a row without touching myself. If the orgsasm is good, than I can literally lay there for 10s with my whole body shaking. I never even got close to this while I still had testosterone.

What's even crazier is, that I Am just about 5 months into doing E (did not get Blood work done yet, but I am working on getting it done) and it seems like I am getting quite good results with suppressing my testosterone with 4mg/week EEN subq. Injections are wonderful.

Yeah, it kept getting better for a while for me. I've been on HRT for nearly 2 years and had bottom surgery last October.

There are kind of two levels now for me. One is waves of full-body pleasure that's almost like mini orgasms with bits of limited muscle contraction, but not the intense pulsating contractions that accompany ejaculation. I can have a nearly unlimited number of those mini ones these days.

And then there are the super intense peak orgasms with the pulsating contractions that are more like ”male”/testosterone orgasms, but I can keep one going for over a minute most times, now, especially after bottom surgery.

I did have complications with my bottom surgery that I'm hoping can be at least corrected a little with revision surgery, so it takes much more intense stimulation for me to reach that peak orgasm, so I get too sore for a second one. But as long as I don't overdo it, the little mini orgasms are a ton of fun much soreness and take a very short time to reach with the right stimulation, so much less soreness. They just don't quite give that fully exhausted satisfaction feeling, though.

I also did well suppressing testosterone with just estradiol patches, and never took anti-androgens. But I am switching to injections next month since the patches keep getting less effective and I'm at the max number now and not in target range anymore for either estrogen or testosterone. I think the skin is just irritated by the adhesives once I was forced to move to the cheap generics my insurance covers. And, I can only place them in certain areas of my body so rotation is limited because these generics are big and thick.

Keep your voice down, or they'll all want one!

Wait. I don't see a problem with that. Carry on gasming!

Honestly it became hard to me to have an orgasm but the pleasure is way better. Haven't been able to explore much yet though. But the shaking can happen too (,,>﹏<,,)

It is still quite hard for me to orgasm, but my partner is good enough to make me cum

At least I can have that by myself, when I feel like it. Somehow I've lost interest about stimulating my genitals. I don't know if this is because of dysphoria.

Even before estrogen at some point I would rather have other forms of intimacy / pleasure.

I'm looking forward to multiples if that's in the cards for me, but pre E it was a good 30s. That might just be my partner's doing though.

@cows_are_underrated Cannot really say that I had one of those, but I also cannot really say that I care about having them. I kind of like my relatively low libido right now.
