Not too bad! I finally kicked the flu that I'd had for a week, and I've been able to start to get back into some of my self-care routines after a chaotic October got me thrown off my rhythm, so that has been nice. And today I was able to cut my grass for probably the last time this year, now I can just leave it alone and let the critters make their nests when the leaves fall.

A bit better than last week. I went to work, I saw some friends, had a nice night out on Halloween and a great writer's workshop the day after. I've started progesterone on Saturday again because I'm trying out cycling it currently. It didn't do much for me when I was on it for an entire month. So far I don't really feel any different, maybe a bit more energized, but not sure if that is placebo. I've been reading lots this last week which is nice and fun. I'm a bit frustrated because I had a weigh-in recently and realised that I haven't gained any weight despite chugging an additional 700kcal of weight gainer every day.

I discovered that my partner of almost 2 decades is an egg detector. 3 of her 6 partners including myself have turned out to be trans women (that I know of). But they didn't know that at the time. But it's very upsetting for her that her type has an expiration date.
