Representatives “punched” and “body-slammed” the ICE agents, she added.

LMAO. Super soldier democratic elected officials, defeating heavily militarized police units using unarmed combat. I believe it!

As usual, Republicans accuse Democrats of being much cooler than they really are.

Even better when you look at the accused!

  • Bonnie Watson Coleman - 80 yrs old
  • Robert Menendez - 39 yrs old
  • LaMonica Mclver - 38 yrs old

So basically two reps pushing 40, and an 80 year old woman "punched" and "body-slammed" these ICE agents. Menendez is a lawyer, and the two women have no fighting background either yet it sounds like they "handled" these agents with ease according to Noem.

In this Politico article it sounds like nobody had any issues until they started arresting the Newark Mayor.

McLaughlin alleged one of the members had “body slammed” an ICE officer, something that a POLITICO reporter on the scene did not witness. She told CNN there was a video of the incident that ICE would be released “very shortly.”

Blatant lies like this need to be considered perjury even when outside the Courtroom.

Isn't it called slander when it's televised? She basically called multiple Democrat politicians felons.

[-] grysbok@lemmy.sdf.org 5 points 10 months ago

You're not a felon until after you're convicted. Until then you're just a sparkling nogoodnik.

(Please pardon if the joke falls flat, I'm in a queer mood.)

[-] Kirp123@lemmy.world 11 points 10 months ago

Wasn't one of them like in their 70s? I really wanna know their routine if they can casually body slam ICE goons without crumbling into a mess of broken bones.

[-] TheLowestStone@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago

Wasn’t one of them like in their 70s?

No. She's 80.

[-] griff@lemmings.world 5 points 10 months ago

Lotta those ICE goons appeared to be Gravy Seals contractors

[-] derry@midwest.social 3 points 10 months ago

Schrodinger's agent. Both weak enough to be body slammed by politicians and tough enough to handle dangerous "illegals".

ICE Barbie, DOJ Barbie, and Dumb Communication Barbie is the worst lineup of Barbies ever. Then to top it all off Hegseth is Ken.

[-] Tylerdurdon@lemmy.world 12 points 10 months ago

I prefer Canine Murderer Barbie, myself. Maybe Gravel Pit Executioner Barbie.

I've just been calling her Cruella.

[-] Machinist@lemmy.world 2 points 10 months ago

As another poster said, Puppy Killer Barbie. I think that has a little more emotional punch.

And the nation stands idly by as these fascists take more and more ground.
