M'Benga does have a great smile.

Shran is my second favorite Jeffrey Combs's role.

Agamus is my first.

[-] Anti_Iridium@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

Agamus is my first.

The fact that he was absent from season 5 was very unfortunate to me.

Brunt, FCA.

I want to see a Trek episode shot like one of those Eddie Murphy films where he plays all the characters, using Jeffrey Combs

This sounds like the premise of a Lower Decks episode. Just the main cast in a plot line consisting off only Jeffrey Combs characters.

Dr Great Smile is my favorite Star Trek character.

Dr. Phlox is my absolute favorite Star Trek character, he has just such a great demeanor, like, you could so easily be friends with him.

Same here .... I'm currently on season 2 with Enterprise ... first time watching the series and I'm thoroughly enjoying it and yes Phlox is a definite favourite ... just an unassuming intelligent, bright, positive character ... even if he steals a celery stick from your plate.

I also love watching scenes where he is like a mad scientist at times ... he spills some mystery fluid on his clothing in the medical bay and Archer asks him if he safe and if the material is poisonous or dangerous - Phlox wipes up some of the goo with his finger and tastes it and says 'I don't think so'.

Yeah Julian's such a cutie. At least later in the show; he's a little gross in the early seasons but Alexander Siddig is damn handsome always though.

[-] GraniteM@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

I think he would have made a really good Reed Richards.

[-] zaphodb2002@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 day ago

Oh yeah that's a great cast

Why does he look like his face knows he had one drink too many but he hasn't recognized it yet

[-] jewbacca117@lemmy.world 17 points 2 days ago

Chief Serious has great butt tho

So SNW is Enterprise but actual Star Trek and not "Bush's America in Space - now with 100% more war crimes"?

[-] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

so enterprise is star wars meets star trek

[-] Nomecks@lemmy.ca 14 points 2 days ago

Where's our Jeffrey Combs?

[-] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 13 points 2 days ago

It's easier to sort out by who isn't Jeffery Combs

[-] Ep1cFac3pa1m@lemmy.world 7 points 2 days ago

Wasn’t Hemmer an Aenar, not an Andorian?

[-] teft@lemmy.world 29 points 2 days ago

All Aenar are Andorians but not all Andorians are Aenar.

[-] negativenull@lemmy.world 8 points 2 days ago

The Aenar were a subspecies of Andorians

Archer and Pike are not the same. They didn’t captain the same ship.

[-] EmpathicVagrant@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Not the same ship just both are the first enterprise. Enterprises? Of their respective ship’s class if I’m not mistaken.

[-] UpperBroccoli 3 points 2 days ago

Damn I love the cast of that show.

[-] Ledericas@lemm.ee 1 points 2 days ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

SNW is too robotic compared to enterprise, nutrek cant compare.
