I always feel so much better when I wear clothes I like and don't feel way too warm in the heat. It's hard not to listen to the nagging voice in my head telling me that my shoulders look too big or that I'm drawing too much attention to myself. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

YESSSS!! Fuck them brainworms, life's too short to not dress the way you want to. ๐Ÿ˜

Exactly! Last year I bought a new sun dress and never even wore it cause I was too self conscious. ๐Ÿ˜… I'm gonna do my best this year though!! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Heck yeah!!!! Its a massive step to take to get confident, to try to ignore the brainworms, and that is a great way to go about it. You got thisssss

There's a lot of fashion options you can try out to draw less attention to your shoulders, if you want. Thin, open jackets can be a good compromise in warm-to-hot weather, for example.

Thats a great idea, I'll look for some like that next time I'm out :) today I gritted my teeth and went out in just leggings and a flowy top. It was just a short trip to the store but it felt nice, especially with how hot out it is today.
