The two characters are from the anime "Eromanga sensei" in which the female character is indeed the step-sister of the male character on the left. I do not recommend to watch this one as it's pretty bad and this dud actually kinda hits on his grade school sister.

Do you mean visually read or understand? The meaning behind this post is mostly a representation of what I don't want to be and never want to become even though I know very much that most of the aspects listed on the left will happen or do happen to me right now. I just used the image becuase girl on the right looks disgusted by guy on the left. The whole thank god they are a creation of anime refers to me making a joke about how it would be cool if men were a creation of anime, but unfortunately, they are real. This joke has to be seen with a bucketload of salt.
TLDR: The meaning is that I don't want any evil male characters in my life. Unfortunately most male characters in my life have been pretty bad.
