Yeah, unfortunately it's not even realistic to do allografts with close relatives that are good tissue matches when it comes to something that needs the degree of nerve connection genitals do.

You might, hypothetically, figure out a way to graft a penis onto a clitoris in a functional way, though damned if I can imagine it being a better alternative than existing options. But it won't be a fully sensate organ . Even grafting penis to penis (which has been manged to an extent) nerves aren't 1:1 if you could make them align well and magically grow together.

And trying to graft in a full vagina and have it be more than decorative is even more daunting, imo. A vagina just isn't something you can dissect out and directly implant. The entire vascular network just isn't compatible, from what I've seen. Ignoring nerve connections just not being there, if you can't supply blood, you lose a majority of what makes a vagina work in the full sense of things. That's ignoring necrosis without a good blood supply.

Tbh though, my comment was more about the concept of human genitals actually being directly compatible in that way. As in, you snip one bit, move it over, and it clicks into place like legos with some extra glue. More of a joke than a reflection of transplant technology.

But holy shit, I would absolutely leave my genitals to some guy that needs/wants it. Like, if it was possible, please give my frank and beans to a man looking to transition! I won't be using them any more once I kick off. My eyes suck, and it's dubious what kind of shape my internal organs will be in by the time I die, but anyone is welcome to those, so why not my junk? Hell, give the block and tackle to a guy with micropenis, or that lost theirs for some reason. I'm an organ donor anyway, and if I can't be buried under a tree in the wild somewhere, I want cremation, so it doesn't matter what's left when it happens, use me up, dammit!
