Holy crap, that's an option??? Why didn't anybody told me about it?? I was always on the fence of wanting a vagina, but I can keep my penis while having it?? (also the reverse exists for AFAB people)

I'm gonna be conservative's worst nightmare in a few years >:D

I've browsed there a couple times and there's really only a few people who have posted pictures after healing, at least for trans femmes. It would be nice to see some different aesthetic options. For some reason none of them seem to have attempted a proper set of labia, at least from what I've seen.

ive looked on the sub in the past, gave it another go today.

i think ppv is the ideal bottom surgery for me but like...the results images ive seen dont look like vaginas. maybe i just have unrealistic expectations but agreeing that a proper set of labia would be neat. something more cosmetically appealing than another hole.
