Yeah. Your extremities get colder on estrogen and hotter on testosterone. Your skin also gets more dry and your metabolism slows. This means you can't eat as much and aren't as hungry. It also slows your heart rate and steadies your hands, so you get to be a better sniper 😉
I've loved the decreased heart rate and running cooler overall, but ugh, my metabolism has not changed at all! Like, I'm happy I can keep enjoying food, but I'd love to be a bit more soft and fluffy 🐇 my skin though, omg it's just amazingly soft now!!
