You are getting this from Xwayland, so you're running a rootless X server in the background. It's nice that it works seamlessly, but it's not really Wayland doing anything but managing the X window.
On the one hand, this is sort of what betas are for.
On the other hand, doesn't this game require secure boot for anti-cheat? I thought making your multiplayer game enforce security policy meant it was impossible to cheat!?!? Get fucked EA.
These are such great episodes. The Enterprise one specifically is amazing. We so often see our valiant crew save Earth, but they almost never sacrifice their morals to do so.
For Archer, with practically all of humanity in the balance, how could he not fuck those guys over?
I default to piracy too, but I'm guessing you don't listen to a lot of new music. The thing a music service offers isn't just access, it's discoverability. It didn't replace my FLAC collection, it expanded it. What it replaced was listening to the radio to find new stuff.
For video I'm more with you. I'm happy to rely on word of mouth. Especially since the streaming services drop movies all the time and discriminate against watching in a browser. Getting a good rip means you can watch it anywhere, anytime, and not have to worry about it disappearing.
There are definitely some places the CGI could be improved these days (thinking distant group shots) but yeah, it's incredible how well everything else holds up 20 years later even in 4K.
On the ground, Zerg, they move too fast. In space, the Borg. A cube probably shrugs off whatever organic projectiles the Zerg use.
It's a bit more than that with Kitfox involved, but I don't see why that makes him wrong. Greed kills a ton of creativity in games. Not just layoffs but over aggressive monetization and fear of innovation.
I am about 80% through it as an audiobook (waiting for it to come back from the library) and I agree. Great to listen to him, tons of non Trek info I didn't know that is still quite interesting.
Not the best husband to be sure, but I do like that he's pretty up front about it. Seems like his first marriage was effectively over as soon as he found American success and his wife (understandably) didn't want to abandon her own career in the UK. Hard to listen to Capt. Picard be unfaithful (with Vash no less!) but I felt for him more than most egomaniac rock stars who fuck anything that moves.
EDIT: Also loved how he hates Thatcher for demolishing all of the programs he used to get trained as an actor coming from a poor background. There was a lot of mutual aid in his early life that seems non-existent today.
Earning a pittance doesn't mean they're not slaves. They're slaves because they can't quit. Prisoners have basically zero agency in their lives.
Everybody up in here talking about porn games... I just want to be able to hide Stardew Valley so I can avoid the imaginary judgment of my friends playing much harder or competitive games.
Yeah, I don't really see much of an issue here. If you get a defective chip back, it's probably a good data point to know if it was "abused". Even if it's just so you can ask more questions, or prioritize problems that show up on non-OC'd chips rather than flat rejecting an RMA.
I don't think AOC has that baggage. Democratic voters want someone that isn't a corpo-centrist running like being not-Trump is enough. Every argument that can be made against AOC could have been made against Obama in 2006 too, but he had a message that resonated and won. AOC could be in a good position to do something similar. I'd sure vote for her, even if she's become more mainstream she's still miles ahead of every other likely candidate.
