The thing is this hasn't stopped them in the past.

Well that is because Brave has been doing it longer, and Vivaldi only has about 30 devs across all the platforms, which is a fraction of Brave, although Brave has its issues as well, just not in the adblock department. I have found that if you use the uBlock block lists it is most of the way there, but it is not ready yet and I think that Vivaldi will have to consider picking up some dedicated devs. Also it is a 'Vivaldi Thing' to launch things piece mail and get those pieces working fully before adding on the rest of it. Then over time it gets good. But Vivaldi has come a LONG way when it comes to aggressive adblock detection.

That being said right now YouTube is detecting it and it is dumping the most manpower and money into this. When it does work you can pretty much use it across the web and the few cases that it doesn't work usually OK just to pause it for a while and you won't get too many ads.

However if Mv3 comes out and they haven't gotten their act together I am going to Firefox or Brave, as much as I don't like how they do business. Then there will be the Google Search thing running through the courts and we will see how Fx and Br come out and change their model.

Not Lying. The vast amount of the stories of people trapped in their Tesla when they loose power are drivers and are alone. So this is what the manual says the person who is in that situation has to do to get out of the car. You showed the Back Seat. This is what they have to do in the front seat.

They have to throw a simple latch. Worst case if you run out of power, say pulling into a charging area because the last one you planned on using was down and you had to make it on a very low charge, and the people in the back did not know about the pulley system they would have to either get out of one of the front doors or wait in the vehicle for help.

OK, on the designed by an idiot, or in this case concepted and OK'd by an idiot, and the rest of the engineering and work of making that work was actually left up to good engineers, we both can agree on.

You mean it is too complicate to open a door handle? You do know those news stories about people getting trapped in their Teslas had to be taken down because you can just open the door, the people who were trapped weren't only stupid, they were locked in a vehicle with the manual that told them how to get out of the car and they never looked at it.

  1. The 'central computer' doesn't control the car's controls. It is made to come to sudden stop if it fails and the person can still steer.
  2. The doors have manual overrides that defeat the locks and open the doors. People who have been "trapped in their Tesla" when it lost power haven't even looked at the manual. Every door and hood has a way to open it from the inside and there is even a way to emergency release the charger if you have to.
  3. Ever single issue is as much an issue for ICE cars as EV's. Bullet resistant windows on most cars are a risk, however some teslas have an override for their power windows. ICE cars have been hacked and taken control of through the computer in their entertainment system, that like a Tesla, actually is the main computer system for their car. ICE cars have Electric door locks as well.
If the accident was powerful enough to rupture the battery with the metal signposts, it could also open up the gas tank and set it on fire as the car was going in excess of 65.

When they were purchased it was with the understanding that they would get no user data and that Startpage does not collect it, and it has the same CEO who started the company so I believe him.

I wish they would do this in Canada.

I don't know... maybe it is because I am consuming most of my YT content on desktop and that carries over to my android experience. As a matter of fact I don't consume shorts on Android and that may be the difference. My feed on desktop is all computer stuff, CBC stuff, occasional Marvel stuff, and ASMR stuff, and half of that I don't watch.

I really feel sorry for you if that is what your Android Experience is. I would suggest GrayJay or New Pipe to get out of the Algorithm then. I could remember back about 5 years ago when I started getting full episodes as an ad, of absolute religious trash, and I am talking when I reported them the channel was banned in a single report trash, at a time when I, due to illness, that I would listen to while soaking in the tub with a lift to get my sick ass in an out, and they would put 45 minute shows as ads. I would get so angry but its a long ad, so it wasn't worth me getting out of the bath to skip it, and 15 minutes later of "Kill the HOMO-Sexuals" and "that current bad thing happened because we voted in those godless communists and socialists... why we should just hang them and save the country! A-MEN!!!" and I was using up power on my bath lift to get my sopping wet butt up and report their ass. After the 5th report I temporarily moved to New Pipe and stuck to desktop where I got full episodes as ads but not THOSE episodes.

YouTube can really fuck themselves over when they sell contra-ads on leftist, or any media, and now they are reaping the whirlwind with the ad platform and the search platform in the middle of Antitrust right now.

I would buy him and have him help me write shows for... on the other hand I will keep the $5... less painful that way.

FUTO swipe isn't there yet, but last I looked it was damn near what I was looking for, but the Swipe was useless. I should check it out again. And I don't like using beta software for something as important as the keyboard. I don't think I have tried Anysoft Keyboard before... I will have to check that one out.

Update Anysoft Keyboard doesn't have swipe typing and it obviously wasn't developed with English in mind. Typing in some of my secure passwords would have had me hopping between multiple screens. Great for some people but not for me.

Nice try and thanks for the suggestions. Futo is is still in Alpha and my old phone is still down so I won't be testing it either. Thanks for the suggestion.

The drops you see coming off of canned air is the accelerant and condensation, which evaporates instantly. You shouldn't use it on a running PC because it is mildly flammable. As for the vacuum being used I was speaking of the safer way someone could use it at home, not at a shop. At the shops I worked at they all had Data Vacs which are dedicated suck/blow vacuums, along with various various anti-static attachments. They also had compressors. The use was depending on the job and cleaning up after the job. I would sometimes use the Data Vac as a way to keep the dust I would kick up with the compressor down. Then agian I have washed really bad computer motherboards to get oils, tars, or other stuff off the board to get it clean, and then give the boards an isopropyl bath to get them clean. The motherboard and air cooler has to be absolutely disgusting before I get that far into it.
