25k is for first time home buyers, not everyone. You can't have separate prices for first time buyers and the rest of the public, and a seller won't know how you are financed until after the house is listed anyways.

This absolutely will help, because if you'd just ask anyone trying to get a home, the down payment is the hardest part to satisfy.

The only way a house cartel can form like this is for those that own the homes. The builders don't own the homes, corporations do. Those corporations collude and price fix to create a cartel. Focus on that.

Maybe assuming you are the only one with reason in a conversation is the problem. You don't have to agree with someone to understand their point of view or reasoning.

Its definitely easier to ban or block if all you want is a circle jerk though.

Its also fake. I could rewrite the ending.

"Friends GF laughs uncontrollably at my list of dealbreakers, as she's drunk and at a bar, not sober at a coffee shop"

"Friends gf proceeds to go around the bar posing my list to every woman, and eventually also all the men, hysterically laughing the whole time while I try to hide by the jukebox."

Its not rocket science how they did it. What is the impressive part? Are we really just going to say civilians don't matter? Is it impressive to you because of how many people were hurt?

In no way is it required to respect the craft or the method.

I thought you were making a joke but the number one cause of childhood mortality in the US is firearms. Number two is vehicles.

No problems here though, what can you do right? Thoughts and prayers!

They chose to commit a crime together, then they got into a shootout with police.

The responsibility lies with the people who chose to commit the crime in the first place.

Breaking and entering is stupid dangerous, they knew that. Thats why they had a gun.

So we just need to solve all depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, etc., across the entire country. Only then can we solve gun violence.

In the vast majority of instances, having a gun in the home is more dangerous for those living in the house than for any potential threat. Its irresponsible at best and at worst it will cause the deaths of those closest to you.

And before you say it, I do believe some people need guns, but you should be required to have a valid reason to own one, and it should be appropriate amount of firepower for that reason.

Dont do any digging in bg3 mechanics or gameplay or story points until you hit a point you need to.

At least in my opinion, its nothing like that shitty DM. If bg3 was how DND games went more would play for sure.

Why are you so confident that the things you are learning from AI are correct? Are you just using it to gather other sources to review by hand or are you trying to have conversations with the AI?

We've all seen AI get the correct answer but the show your work part is nonsense, or vice versa. How do you verify what AI outputs to you?

Its likely because most of the arguments against vegan cat food are "of course its bad", which is a horrible reason to think anything.

I hope some people also noticed this and allowed them the opportunity to learn more about what is possible for a cats diet.

I think this is showing that about 70% of the people on here are incapable of reconsidering their positions on something.

To me thats upsetting, but then again lemmy.world is the low hanging fruit of the fediverse. Other servers would never have picked this fight to begin with.

How is this title allowed to be so misleading?

If anyone reads the article, the guy is arguing for honesty and transparency with video game prices as opposed to the multi-tiered and/or subscription based schemes that are used currently.

"‘I don’t love the artificiality of pricing structures post-retail,’ Douse wrote. ‘Use the inflated base price to upsell a subscription, and use vague content promises to inflate ultimate editions to make the base price look better. It all seems a bit dangerous and disconnected from the community.’

Douse believes games should be priced based on their ‘quality, breadth, and depth’, instead of simply being fitted to established pricing structures."

He's saying the base price should be higher because there should only be one price.
