Who told you or implied you weren't? Under the Egg Prime Directive that is not allowed.

Seriously, it's really not okay to go around telling other people that they are or aren't something personal and self-defined as gender identity.

When one is using it on themselves like you describe it is a form of reclamation. Same goes with trap.

Though I disagree with you and find "trap" to be uber offensive even as someone who is also a femboy, because it implies I pretend to be a woman to trick people, really gross.

You are spot on that these words are mainly offensive when used against people pejoratively, in that context they absolutely are slurs.

A disgusting dehumanizing term that views human beings as objects of sexual desire. I know the situation you're describing. I really hope @ada@lemmy.blahaj.zone deals with that person, as they do not belong on a queer friendly instance like this one.

Make no mistake, coming into a trans community asking for "Futa girls" labels you as a highly suspected chaser. It will not lead to anything good. I have banned that shithead from !egg_irl@lemmy.blahaj.zone permanently for it.

I think that's a you problem, I don't see whatever it's supposed to be. It's just a yellow metal post on a bus or train.

Programming socks make it all better.

Yeah seems like people always forget about transmascs for some reason.

I find it amazing that not only was the original comment not removed but that this person wasn't banned from blahaj.zone for it.

Oh no they see the spam and bullying behavior (they’ve even been on the receiving end of it) they don’t see it as a problem because they’re a “trans positive instance”.

And the politics of the Hexbears is something they’re seemingly willing to overlook in the name of keeping trans positive communities together.

Yeah that's really weird because hexbear often behaves in a way that paints trans people in a bad light, including the fact that they often push for certain ideologies and philosophies that are directly harmful to trans people. As well as certain philosophies that hurt everyone in general like being pro-genocide. How are they in any way a good representation of this community or the people in it, and how is it good for this community to have such destructive people tearing the place up?

This is disgusting...

It's not working, they're just making it worse.
