For me it's not about TikTok. It's about using whatever flimsy, poorly worded law they will make to ban a platform I don't use to open the door for further bans and possible censorship in the future. A platform should be allowed to function if it can. If it's horribly made, or supremely unprofitable it'll find its own way out. I don't use it, I don't plan on ever using it, and honestly it doesn't affect my daily life outside of my mother in law thinking that some of the pallet crafts on there are worthwhile and me having to explain that they'll look good for a moment and then fall apart rather quickly.

By that .. well let's call it logic... People shouldn't ever wear glasses, get surgery, braces, hearing aids, or any of the various other life improving devices that are all to common in todays world... and medicine in general is obviously the work of satan, directly defying gods will of having you be sick sometimes (or for other people)/always.

Ah the obvious telltale sign of AI writing, the misspelling of focuses. Gets em every time.

And now I've learned that focusses is a thing in places. placces. placesses.

I hated pictures like this in school. The numbers are just slapped on an inaccurate image and somehow they expect people to ignore the obvious right triangles and just focus on the math part of it.

Tie you hair in a knot for greater volume and less collapse.

If you want an actual serious answer, I can probably type out a more step by step with normal words and not whatever the hell those instructions are talking about.

Neither. I need that bastard to stop trying to prop a tent after any minor provocation.

When minimum wage workers requesting vacation time 3 months in advance during a non-holiday month get denied, knowing full well that the weekly schedules arent posted until just about the day before they go into effect... Yeah. People are going to do what they need to do. Goodness knows I did everytime that happened. You'd never guess how many times I've claimed getting Mono before covid was an option.

I've said it many times, but the channels I speak through are small, so from the top!

If you put your artwork online in any public location, make sure your signature or even a QR code is obnoxiously large and centered on the image. Humans can still see and enjoy what you've made, AI won't be able to discern anything, and if it happens to get ripped by one of those Chinese T-shirt bots, at least anyone who buys will know who the original artist is.

And just like that, the boundary testing from the American extremists started their next chapter. Let's see how this labrat does. If he gets away they'll burn others offices, if those succeed, they'll start with private residences. Inch by inch, they will become more aggressive. If someone gets caught, they pull back a bit.. But it doesn't stop until they have something larger to point their extremism in the direction of.

I mean.. At least as a construction worker my retirement plan is three-fold. The trick is to survive long enough and well enough to enjoy retirement.

The three are 401k, annuity, and the unheard of pension.

Granted, I'm also on my fourth pulled back muscle for the year. I really need to stretch more.

It seems that I'm unable through either ineptitude or issue to view long pictures. Help?

Meanwhile Beijing just banned working outside after 10 days of over 35c degree days. It's really weird to watch this country unravel.

And ever since I changed my password, logging in through Jerboa puts me in a shrödinger state of access. I can see my subs and local posts but trying to view my profile or post will return a "not_logged_in" error or ask me to "Login First", and then disconnects the login account I was on and erases the login details for it. Please help.
