Please sue. Please. I'd pay money for that discovery.
I'm still waiting on musk v zuck
Musk responded by calling the progressive Democrat a “liar” and “robber” while also accusing him of insider stock trading.
“Time to sue this liar,” Musk wrote.
Elon Musk, defender of free speech and known honest dealer. /s
Do it!
Discovery would be awesome.
he's right.. it's false.
it's probably closer to 5million kids, with another 500,000 being thrown into prisons to be raped by trump and his friends who wipe his ass
The rule for psychopathic narcissists in 2026:
If they're going to sue, you know it to be true.
I didn't hear about this. Thanks to Elon, now I do. If i would have heard about it, I would have thought: could be true, could be exaggerated. But he immediately sues, so it's probably true otherwise it wouldn't trigger him that much. Way to go dumbass Elon!
They did. And the screw worm, which should be named after musk.
You can't sue a lawmaker for shit they say, I though, idk the details on that. Not that the rules matter in this fucking hellscape developing.
We must kill Elon Musk.
Discovery would be a delight.
There’s no proof stronger that they absolutely despise poor people than gleefully ripping out a system that tries to protect most vulnerable people in the world.
And threatening to sue when it's pointed out
Discovery is gonna be fun.
So please do!
He will withdraw the moment it gets to that point. It still creates costs for defendant though.
Pedo immigrant welfare queen throws fit
One of the most famous, and richest pedophiles of the great empire threatened to sue someone calling them a bitch today...
African immigrant who abandoned his child
Abandoned Children from several different baby mamas
Ok. Go ahead. Countersuing the "trillionaire" for punitive damages is not above Congressman Khanna, of all people.
Countersue with a class-action lawsuit, where the damaged class is the Citizens of the United States of America and the world.
Might be nonsensical, but I'm with you in spirit.
This whole timeline is nonsense.
Ah ça ira ça ira ça ira, les aristocrates à la lanterne!
Sue him for what?
To exhaust his money supply.
You can't win against a trillionare
That's why every state should have robust Anti-Slapp laws. Furthermore attempting a slapp suit should come with punitive damages beyond just the attorney fees of the defendant of your frivolous suit. And there should be a three strikes system (a boy who cried wolf law) that if you are found to have attempted a slapp suit three times or more, A) you get a felony charge for denial of free speech that can come with jail time for up to 10 years in federal prison, B) the default presumption that any future speech based suits brought by you are likely slapp suits. In other words, the burden is on you to prove that you are likely to win your defamation case before a defense or discovery is even required, and all legal fees are to be taken on by yourself by default unless you win.
You got the right idea with the right laws, it’s just the punishment should be harsher
Not with that kind of attitude. Also, elon isn't really a trillionaire, the intinsic value of his stocks is 1/100 of that.
Well, you can if you straight up kill them. And that's the only remaining course against all conservatives and right-wingers: they don't deserve to live
I don't even have a joke for this. There's nothing to sue over.
1 trillion
And Streisand laughed
Elon Musk needs to fuck off. Of everything.
Especially of this mortal coil.

he's just flexing to try to scare ro khanna off from running for a higher office. khanna is like the exact opposite of who a turdball like elon would want sitting behind the resolute desk.
