Russia's army is a massive mostly untrained guerrila force being tasked with impossible operational goals that individuals at the bottom of the pecking order try to improvise tools to accomplish until they are inveitably slaughtered pointlessly from being forced to attack in a futile situation by higher ups themselves being pressured to bullshit.
