That would be nice, last night I had an upset tummy so didn't sleep, and a big argument with my wife :-/

Just got off the phone with my wife, things are on the mend now ... and I've eaten some real food and it stayed down.

So ... everything's coming up Milhouse :-)

Continue working in my garden. The luffas, tomatoes, and dragon tail radishes look like they are doing pretty well in the garden bed. I may lose 2 of the 5 luffa plants though, the pill bugs had a feast the first night the plants went in and I'm not sure they will recover. Also, thinking about transplanting 2 radishes in containers into slightly bigger pots before they get too big so I can use their current container for some flowers.

I also have to plan out the pvc pipe frame for my garden fencing, the current fence keeps the rabbits out, but it will not keep out rats once the tomatoes start to attract them. I just have to measure out and cut the frame, then zip tie the chicken wire to it.

I will likely also move my plants around a little. Move some succulents to the backyard and some veggies to the front patio. I need to actually organize where my plants are, right now the patio is just random giant pots of succulents and mini citrus trees everywhere lol

Just lots of plant and garden stuff this week. Yay for growing season!!

I'm vicariously excited for your luffas. I've always wanted to grow them.

If you have any space at all, I cannot recommend luffas enough. They are very satisfying and easy to grow, they just needs sun and lots of water.

Last year, I grew one plant in a 14inch pot with an upside down tomato cage and a few bamboo sticks. I harvested 10 sponges. It was maybe 5 ft tall in the end. These pictures were before they dried out and I peeled away the husk.

You've broadened my horizons today. Gonna get me some seeds.

Hell yeah! I hope you have fun with it!

I’m gonna work on these shoulder stretches I learned because I keep fucking up my dominant shoulder doing computer stuff at work, carrying my bag, side sleeping, etc. It’s not too far gone! Hopefully it’ll be a relatively quick fix lol

Oh! And I recently got a new air fryer, so I’m excited to make chicken wings for the first time. 😁

Protip - do a warmup before stretches.

I have a set of physio exercises from when I messed op one of my shoulders ... I do 5 mins of warmup and stretches on them every morning and now have zero problems (I do a bunch of other exercises after that, but the shoulder stuff is the only really important bit)

Thanks for the tip! Yeah I wasn’t too clear, but I do stretches and I also have exercises I’ve been learning on youtube lol. The key for me is to start with low resistance/weight and work my way up, that way I’m strengthening the right muscles. It just requires extra focus bc my trap and biceps keep wanting to take over😅

Cool :-)

I modified the doctor's physio routine a bit with stuff I saw on a tennis warmup routine I saw on youtube

(I don't tennis, but they know how to use their shoulders)

I'm gonna get a résumé and cover letter written to apply for a job as a behavioral technician so I can get my foot in the door in healthcare. It'll help boost my chances of getting into the sonography major at the school I want when I apply next year (have prereqs to do this year).

Good luck! :-)
