Russia concentrated a lot of anti-air units in Crimea. It's a key logistics location and defends the black sea fleet.

Every one of those hits was likely part of a coordinated launch of a hundred drones and decoys. A successful hit makes the next attack easier for a short time. Unsuccessful attacks reveal where the defenses are.

I also suspect that Ukraine has put some radar sniffing sensors on their recon drones. They triangulate the exact location of the radar and then send in a flight to destroy them. Most of the videos recently show successful attacks on active systems.
