Huh, another fucking stupid policy decision that harms people for absolutely no reason. My days of never voluntarily going to Florida are certainly coming to a middle.

That's indeed the goal. I'm waiting for the shoe to drop where I lose my cancer medication, which could be as soon as January 2027 depending on how things shake out in my life.

I love you and I don't even know your first name. That said I'm waiting for the shoe to drop, and I need that shoe to be us wreaking havoc on the systems that made it so. At the very least we need to be stealing spray paint and tagging every single flock camera. At best, we need to be gunning these fuckers down in the street. The war has already started, we need to react.

But wanting to kill Ron DeSantis is a mean thing to say.

[-] IAmNorRealTakeYourMeds@lemmy.world 3 points 23 hours ago

if you point at one person, then it's a threat, if you point to a demographic to kill, that's just politics

that's the whole point. Especially because a lot of AIDS patients are gay men.

Could you imagine helping save GAY men?? Eww./s

Which is bad for the economy.

But, uhhh…

…they get off on killing people.

…and they lack the critical thinking skills to see how short term their thinking is.

…and they don’t care, they want the money from this right now.

[-] Novis@lemdro.id 7 points 1 day ago

They want people to die in droves so they can start selling snake oil as a cure and then blame people's lack of faith as the reason why they're dying. Same shit that happened during covid. Make people angry and nonsensical and you can make them a missile that targets minorities that also buy your BS. Fuck.

Florida is literally a death cult, it isn't hyperbole.

Found the actual fucking trump death panel.

[-] BillyClark@piefed.social 26 points 1 day ago

This should be categorized as a violent crime.

[-] IAmNorRealTakeYourMeds@lemmy.world 18 points 23 hours ago

state murdering people ≠ violence.

people complaining that the state is murdering them = violence.

I’m late to this train, but I recently got into Dimension 20, and the GM (Brennan Lee Mulligan) has some incredible characters. Here’s a fitting quote from one of them:

Laws are a threat made by the dominant socioeconomic ethnic group in a given nation. It’s just the promise of violence that’s enacted, and the police are basically an occupying army, you know what I mean?
Video source (YouTube short - sorry)

You guys wanna make some bacon?

I love Brennan and Bud Cubby, the character he's portraying in that clip.

"No no, you see, we have to kill the most vulnerable among us. It's an emergency, duh!"
