I’ve been on testosterone for a long time and pass pretty well.

There’s rumblings of potential bans for trans health care.

What would prohibit me from going to a low T clinic, pretending to be cis, and getting a script as a low T cis man?

Legislation that targets trans people tends to catch cis people with hormonal issues in the crossfire. It's very common with puberty blockers, which are also prescribed to children who start puberty early. e.g. the UK banned puberty blockers for everyone under 18 (what >18yo would even need puberty blockers?) last year.

It's also possible that they'll put everyone who received trans healthcare in a database and prevent specifically them from e.g. accessing hormonal treatment for cis people.
