Why not ddos manjaro? It would be funny.

What can the users do about it? Maybe it is time to look into more distribution systems instead?

It’s resolved now.

First Arch and malware in the AUR now a ddos on Fedora. This is an attack on FOSS.

These are two unrelated events you speak of.

Yup, there are attscks. Also ddos on Codeberg and the xz-utils backdoor.

Honestly, IBM deserves to get DDoS'd for their actions. This is because of the push for Wayland, PipeWire, Systemd and some other things they want to shove down our throats.

My producer and I aren't like that, thankfully.

Just use another distro, don't ddos fedora

[-] mugita_sokiovt@discuss.online 1 points 1 day ago

The problem is that we don't know how to DDoS anything (which is a good problem to have). We already use a different distro, and stay away as best as we can from the above described.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.
