Unfortunately, reactionary movements all built upon the premise of unequal enforcement of the rules, so best you can do is to waste their time by reporting intersex mutilations and circumcisions.

But circumcision is still very much allowed and is a form of gender affirming care.
There is no way that circumcision can be considered gender-affirming care.
Some say it makes the penis look better so it's a stretch. But it is just as much genital mutilation as the anti trans people claim some other care causes.

Wish it were. I have my son here, and I could not bear it if I were to leave him. His mom would never allow for him to come with me, and I would not want to take him away from her. He’ll be 18 next year, so it would be his choice, but again I could not do that to her or make him choose.
