Spirit animals are part of indigenous cultures and should not be used as a term outside of them else it is appropriation. There are other terms which can be used and we will share them later.

Cool snail though.

What exactly are you asking? Because we currently don't understand.

Here is the original then!

Quick description: The front cover of a comic which is called The Hotspur and says More Terrific Thrills on the Unknown Planet. The cover shows a giant snail with a spiky shell menacing three people. More detailed description: At the very top is a dark blue strip with the words "More Terrific Thrills on the Unknown Planet." in white lettering. Underneath that is a border that goes around the entirety of the main part of the page with 4 red squares in each corner with white gaps between half squares that are also red. Below that is a red background with the word "The" coloured yellow and Hotspur coloured Blue with a white border around each letter. On the red background below the words are outlines of people and objects, the objects are a flag on the left and several people looking like they're play British style football with one person kicking the ball, one person defending against it and the goalkeeper catching it with a goal behind them. Below this there is a small dark blue strip intersecting the red of which says in white lettering: No 553 • Oct, 19th 1946 • Price -- 2D. Below this is the main picture which at the top has grey clouds, a whitish sky and a giant snail, towering over some people. The snail is mainly green with orange semicircles on a white part below the green part. It also has an underbelly which looks a bit like logs in texture and colour. It has two stalks on its head with eyes on the end of them, its mouth is open revealing sharp teeth and a tongue like part. Its shell is red and very spiky. The people below it are running, the one running to the left has a purple collared t-shirt on with blue shorts and white running shoes, standing next to them paralysed in fae is a person in a red t-shit with white shorts with red socks and white running shoes. The person running to the right is wearing a yellow t-shirt and white shorts with yellow socks and white running shoes. They are all on a hill with some mountains in the background, the hill is partially green and partially earthen in colour with some green bushes and grey and brown rocks dotted about the place.

No, why do you ask?

This is just my personal opinion, but I don't think words can be 'owned' like that. More than that, I don't think ideas can be owned. Ownership as a concept is based on exclusivity, and words/ideas can be copied identically and infinitely.

That looks like a Dwarf Fortress forgotten beast. I bet it undulates rhythmically too.
