The problem (well one of them) with billionaires, is that you can't really "exile" them. They exist outside of national boundaries, and are sort of nations in and of themselves. This is why they don't bother following the laws of the nation they reside in.
I'm not sure it would even be possible to do this unless we could literally strip him of all of his wealth. Which I imagine would prove difficult (but I'm all for it).

Of course Canada is moving towards fascism. It’s not because conservatives are maneuvering so well. It’s because the liberals are also moving further right towards fascism, and NDP are too corrupt and incompetent to offer a meaningful alternative (and NDP leadership coordinates with the liberals to keep it that way).
Just look at who the liberals are throwing in as potential replacements: a bunch of pro-corporate goons even farther right than Trudeau. All while the liberals raise the entry fee and requirements to ensure only a corporate backed candidate can even run. There’s some growing support for Freeland to be the pick, even though she’s literally been linked to far-right Nazis in multiple scandals.
Fascism will win because the entire charade has already been rigged to ensure that’s the only possible outcome.

Sure, here's an idea: Elon Musk is the world's richest man by a large margin, emotionally unstable, narcissistic, and insecure. Nothing good for society or the general public will come from giving him any position of power.
He has a lot to gain by influencing elections, and he has a proven record of supporting politicians and making them change their mind on policies in a way that benefits Elon's companies. His trans daughter hates him for being a terrible person, but he blames her liberal-leaning views for it, calling it "the woke mind virus" and platforming selfish, anti-liberal/anti-socialist nut jobs as a "fuck you" to the threat he believed took his "son" away from him.
He has a track record of lying about his achievements, promising the future "will be ready by the end of next year" every year and only delivering something half-baked. But, that's just his successes. He pays people to be good at things, then he claims the credit all for himself to seem cool and likeable. You know, like how he was claiming to be top 10 in Path of Exile 2, only to be caught obviously not knowing how to actually play the game he was supposedly world-class in.

In Westernized nations no one is forced to give up their citizenship in one nation to vote in another.
Dual citizenship guarantees one with all the benefits of both nations.
The USA doesn't recognize dual cotizenship with all nations for example you can have Mexican citizenship or US citizenship you cannot have both but you can be a dual US/UK citizen. This is because America is still quite racist.
