Whoa... how stable is an area like that after a landslide? Will residents be able to return home?

The landslide part itself is currently surprisingly calm according to geologists. However, further landslides are possible and there is a part of the "island" (the dangerous part of the loose rocks) that still hasn't come down. (It's not certain that it will come down, but likely) The residents unfortunately can't return yet. The mountainside will be closely watched and if it seems settled they will slowly lift restrictions.
