Is there anywhere I can look for information that isn't either medical as fuck, or fetish shit. I just want to know stuff like how does sex work? Both pre and post op

Basically, it depends a lot and varies from people to people. I heard several stories which I can tldr here, all for pre-op on hrt:

  1. libido might go up or down
  2. who you are attracted to might change or not
  3. it might become harder to maintain erections and have orgasm
  4. some types of stimulations might become more effective (vibrator, rapid small strokes) while others might become less (slow long strokes)
  5. you might or might not need to rely more on feelings to reach orgasm rather than physical feelings

for me, pre op: 1. no change. 2. more open minded but still mostly into woman. lost some kinks I had before. 3. yes 4. yes. 5. always has been, even before hrt.

hope this helps

Like, dumb question maybe, but do you orgasm more like a woman on hrt? Or is it still a one and done deal?

The feeling is a little bit different, but I can't say currently. I never had motivation to continue after the first one yet

Well, after 3 years on HRT it feels very different for me. Not so much "one and done deal", maybe more like cis women but who knows. (I'm pre/non-op)

For pre-op http://fuckingtranswomen.org/ is generally what is recommended.

Unfortunately she passed away before writing the post-op version.

Any idea what happens to the money if I purchase this?

I think I read something about her sister handling it now.

Pre op it worked essentially the same as before HRT although I rarely used it. Post op it works pretty much the same as any other vagina. It's very different from pre op and takes some time to figure out.

Feel free to ask whatever questions you've got here in this community. I'd also recommend looking into some YouTube videos of people discussing sex pre op and post op. There definitely are some.

I recommend the book "trans sex" by Kelvin Sparks
