What about Kewpie mayo mixed with organic buttermilk?
Maybe add some sour cream and this legitimately how I make my ranch and blue cheese dressings. So fucking good.
Another good version that I learned from a sushi place is cream with a touch of wasabi and salt. So good.
I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't like Kewpie mayo.
I looooove Japanese food, but I dunno. Just doesn't do it for me.
