No, actually I am taking it the way you do. Actually I am not unhappy of it having that effect on me. I feel like I haven't slept this well since I was a baby. 😴

Be aware tho that there is probably titanium-dioxide in the pill, if it is not meant as a suppository. Read up on if you are fine with the potential dangers of that, before trying it :)
Ill see if i can do sm extraction or find a veriant that does not have any toxic extras
Edit: Sm quick searching later and i think you can js disolve.it in everclear(90~ alchohol) and filter it as prog is soluable in ethanol and titanium dioxide does not seem to be soluable or atleast way less so
