MODERATORS
The biggest difference is that all of your examples are standard big, evil corporations who fuck everyone over, while JK is a specific person spewing hate at a specific group of people.
And a billionaire.
And not just spewing hate, but actively and successfully acting on it POLITICALLY AS A BILLIONAIRE
Also, a lot of people grew up with hp, so the sense of betrayal is immense and widespread.
Not to mention that the Mold author wrote HP when she was in abject poverty.
Instead of using her wealth to improve others' wellbeing (or yet better, getting rid of all unnecessary wealth), she aligned with fascists and is actively supporting what the Nazis did during WW2.
