MODERATORS
It literally turns the fat and oils in your skin to soap. I wouldn't recommend it. Basic chemicals do feel slippery, but it's because it's damaging your skin.
They've been making multiple frivolous noise complaints about us because our kids are sometimes quite noisy (although not outside of what's reasonably expected for kids of that age) and they live underneath us.
