I bought a pair of "bra buds" from Unclockable that feel nice. (edit: I checked and they're available on Amazon if you don't want to order from Unclockable, however I recommend getting them directly so bezos doesn't get a cut)
I'm a heavier gal so I already had a little extra breast tissue to begin with, but they give me a nice lift with an underwire. They also fill a bralette quite nicely, especially if it has an insert pocket.
I am currently girlmoding (minus makeup, still no clue about that stuff) at the park with some LGBT friends and I took them out because it's a bit toasty and the sweat between the silicone and my skin isn't great. Antiperspirants from now on I guess... Sorry tmi...😳
I also have some foam "push up" bra cups from my spouse's "old bra" collection, I think it was a Victorias secret bra... Anyways I cut the straps off since they're too small for me anyway, and am using the foam cup as an insert. It gives me a 2 cup bump and feels natural, and everyone is assuring me it looks fine.
I also got told I look like a 2004 mom 😂
I will definitely look into 'bra buds' and will try and find a bra or bralette with an insert pocket. I have a little bit to work with but definitely need a bump up. Don't worry about the tmi, that's the kind of information I need. A foam cup inset sounds comfy for sure.
Thank you so much!
I am still using my spouse's bras for the most part, and their chest is smaller than mine, so the stretchier sports bras allow me to kind of "pull myself in" and pinch a little cleavage together. It's not a lot, but it's enough to make a difference in form fitting clothes.
The foam WILL soak up sweat, so I wash them after every use where it heats up, just in case.
Interesting, now I regret telling my wife to throw out her old bras last month lol. Dunno if they would have worked but maybe I would have gotten lucky. Oh well
Lol I am just glad they're a bit of a pack-rat, and they've got a couple bags of "old clothes", some never worn, gifts etc, they've been meaning to donate, but once we found out about an LGBT group that hosts a "free market" where you basically bring donations (or not if you don't have any) and browse for things you might need. It's been pretty much a clothing swap for all the trans members lol
I'm just lucky they canceled the last two meetings, or I wouldn't have anything left. Sucks they canceled this month though, I would have loved to go. I've got a bunch of clothing I never plan on wearing and some of the transmascs in the group are close to my size, one of whom explicitly said they wanted to find some shorts like the ones I had on at the time.
Sorry I tend to ramble....
Maybe you could find a foam push up bra at a thrift store, and might be able to utilize it? Worth a try!
Thank you for sharing your advices!
As a clothing swap organizer myself, I can only suggest that you consider offering help to make it happen next month 😘
Ramble away I love it! I will definitely check out the local thrifts and see if my town has similar clothes swap! Thanks again, you are being super helpful
No problem, girl! Good luck finding something!
