I also love it! In the spirit of not being the other 196, maybe we should get a few options and put it to a community vote?
yeh absolutely! :3 I guess we should make a pinned post telling people we're looking for a new icon and that this is one of the options and ask if anyone has any other suggestions

It's funny because I started this thinking I'd stick a pin in this in case 196 doesn't self correct. I was like 98% sure that was going to happen and we'd end up with two or three lost people leaving confused posts here. Then a bunch of people gave old 196 the middle finger. Now less than 24 hours later, we're doing the internet equivalent of picking out furniture and drapes for the new home.
It has been wild.
well tbf its not over yet, idk y the old 196 mod team just reopened 196 and went silent like nothing's happening X3 but welp I guess until and if they speak again this is the new home of 196 :P
I'm happy to peacefully coexist, I don't want to start any silly crusades. I'd imagine we'll just end up splitting participation some. We can remain as a safe and sane "letter 196" backup for "number 196".

I hope they see this and consider it or perhaps somebody can make a more refined version of my idea :P
Do we want refined? The best memes are always terrible visual quality. I think a graphic that someone just kind of slapped together is perfect.
