This is complete propaganda, fam. The Gaza death toll has exceeded 200,000 according to Palestinian hospitals… and that figure is months-old. Before they started bulldozing the West Bank.
Hospitals in Palestine are very meticulous about counting their dead and keeping records. Being under genocidal occupation for decades where Israelis can just kidnap and kill you for fun will do that to a society.
A certain strain of MAGA really doesn’t like it when you start pointing out basic reality contradicts their entire belief system, careful around these parts!
Yeah I know, I'm just showing that even with official numbers, it's blatantly obvious what Israhell is doing, yet no world leaders are acting on it...
