Ears I can't help source, but for a leash and tail check out Mr S leather. Fair warning, their online site is aggressively gay and NSFW, don't go browsing around people. I wish I could find someone interested in petplay to "own" me but that's not happening any time soon. Tbh though I do like wearing a collar around my apartment, it feels comforting.
I'm not from U.S, But thanks for the info. Locally, here are people in otaku events who made them, but I never saw ones I liked. Probably I will make them myself.
