Why does this look like a render for a newly proposed tram line?
The lighting definitely feels off, and i think everything looks too clean?
I don't think it's a render. Looks a lot like Gothenburg to me. Pic is on a bridge that few people walk on, especially as late as sunset. Both the bridge and the building is pretty new so might be why it looks clean. Not saying the pic isn't manipulated, but it doesn't look all that off to me, but I don't know shit about photography.
I'm fairly certain this is Hardbrücke in Zürich, specifically right about here.

I can see it's not actually a render. But without actually looking at the picture for more than 5 seconds it sure looks like it.

That building gives render vibes. Kinda like they set the
emissionparameter too high so it looks unnatural. And the lack of humans
