Each school district will be required to report the total number of students who cannot provide documented proof of U.S. citizenship or legal immigration status at the time of enrollment. Protecting Students from Abuse (OAC 210:25-3-4)

School districts will now report employees who resign or are not rehired due to suspicions of abuse or neglect of a student. This step strengthens protections for children and ensures accountability and transparency in reporting misconduct.

Promoting Patriotism (OAC 210:35-3-5)

School districts must establish policies ensuring that the American flag and the Pledge of Allegiance are respected and appropriately displayed on all campuses without unnecessary restrictions.

Strengthening Transportation Safety (OAC 210:30-5-8)

Criteria for bus driver certification revocations and suspensions will be expanded to enhance the safety and accountability of school transportation systems, ensuring that drivers meet clear legal and professional standards.

Improving Educator Knowledge of Foundational Principles (OAC 210:20-13-1)

Teachers will be required to pass a written test based on the U.S. Naturalization Test, promoting an understanding of fundamental American principles among educators.

Increasing Student Transfer Transparency (OAC 210:10-1-18)

This rule ensures consistent reporting on student transfers by school districts and the State Department of Education, providing comprehensive data to help parents, guardians, and policymakers understand transfer trends and decisions.

Every time Windows updates itself, my Linux disappears. Actually, it's just hidden, only the boot menu was overwritten. You need a computer maintenance technician to make a new boot menu. I use a USB stick with a live Linux with automatic boot repair tools.

Recently, Windows has become resistant to Boot Repair Disk. Now I have to open computer firmware by tapping "Esc" right after power-up, then select "Boot options", then "Linux".
