Headline is a bit disingenuous as it is the most points (because the total points is higher) but only the second highest percentage (1987 still 1st).

Arrest and jail each one. Don't make death threats at people.

It's not 100% but it's super high and, yeah, they usually don't prosecute unless they think they have a really solid case. That said, some of that also includes confessions that some have argued are under duress (and, in the case of foreigners, people who aren't exactly sure what they're signing, though I have no idea how that's legal).

https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%82%B3%E3%83%9C%E3%83%AB%E3%83%88 seems to have a bit of a different approach stating that D&D 3rd ed. changed them to be more reptilian. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kobold actually seems to corroborate this. I played D&D since the end of the 1st ed. days and I think of them as kinda dog-like heads that were also scaly. I have a 2nd ed. Monstrous Manual, but it's on the other side of the world at the moment so I can't check.

I'm not buying the OP here.

It's almost as though they label all rooms so people know what they are and don't go in the wrong one.

I don't know why, but every time I see someone streaming with an avatar moving, emoting, and talking rather than either a person or nothing, it's really uncanny valley to me. I don't know why, but it creeps me out and I can't watch it.

I have no idea who the person is or what the context of the photo was, but just the cat + box part tells me all I need to know.

Wrong question, I would argue. If you have a morning headache, you should really find the root of that and try to resolve it making the medication unnecessary.

Since there are no arrows indicating direction, all paths begin at Arch and end with questioning who you are.

(It took me way too long to understand that "ever used linux before?" didn't have two separate 'no' branches)

I mean, why else would you sweep children into drains?

RIP little dude. My cousin died around the same age and also became an organ donor.

But as a user, when I delete something, it should go away forever.

Years of working tech support in my past tells me that this is a lie. "OMG restore this!"

Fyi, it's "no holds barred" as in no type of hold is disallowed. "no holes barred" is a decidedly different sort of event
