Can anyone explain how this waste of taxpayer dollars is "conservative"?

Why would anyone in their right mind want the government to be even more involved in people's personal lives? It's bad enough as it is.

I was half joking at the time, but things you might read about in The Onion have more or less transitioned from satire to prophecy.

On the other hand, if the headline read, "Boyfriend accused of murdering transgender performer Quanesha 'Cocoa' Shantel", that would also be OK as long as he was charged with it -- which, in this case, he was.
