The problem I have with this is that "anonymized" data in the past has often been trivial to de-anonymize. And if they can remove some promises now, they're going to keep going in that direction. Just like Microsoft telemetry used to be less but is getting worse and worse.

So aggravating to not be able to sort by columns

Maybe I'm wrong but by writing "increase by 80%" there is ambiguity you don't get if you instead spelled out:

  1. Increase by 80 percent
  2. Increase by 80 percentage points

Also Obligatory: "You can pay for something and still be the product"

There is a theory that sanctions against a country with a tyrannical ruler hurt the common people more than the oligarchs / dictator. But eventually they do make life more difficult for that ruler

Someone can logically agree to something but emotionally still hate it.

Logically, car drivers should understand and appreciate the zipper merge, bc it makes traffic better. But emotionally it's too difficult for them to let someone in ahead of them.

Same thing you can explain about alternatives to cars making traffic better. But when they see money or (God forbid) space on the road going to infrastructure other than cars, it will feel like a zero sum game again.

That is the biggest challenge I've experienced in trying to promote alternatives

You can find it without them boosting it for free. But you don't have to watch it to understand the story

See I got the whole different interpretation of the story.

I thought the sewer man was in need of coffee and the soldier was trying to help him out.

Weird that I did not at all sympathize with the woman in the story.... I guess I'm conditioned to not like women with starbuckses
